As other sites showing the video have noted, it was taken in the village of Polk, in Ashland County, Ohio, rather than Pennsylvania. Lancaster Amish buggies have grey tops and fully vertical sides, while the buggy in the video is completely black, and its sides angle in at the bottom, which is the predominant style in Midwestern Amish settlements. The driver is probably from the settlement near the village of Lodi in neighbouring Medina County, founded by the very conservative Swartzentruber sect, explaining the buggy's lack of a windshield.
